Festive Print – Reduction Linocut for cards and tags

Date:  Saturday 26th November
Time: 10am – 4pm (inc lunch break)

A fun day creating festive images (or on any theme if you prefer, of course!) by layering print on print using the reduction linocut approach.

You will create ‘reduction’ (as opposed to ‘simple’ – see our linocut gallery page for further explanation) linocut plates which you will print in stages, cutting more from the plate between impressions layering colour on colour to create decorative images with depth and style.

Fran will guide step by step you through all you need to know to make a number of lovely colourful prints to take home.
